For those seeking classic favorites, their Egg Foo Yong selections stand out — whether it’s the succulent Shrimp Foo Yong or the flavorful Dragon Combination Foo Yong, these dishes are perfectly balanced with fluffy egg and tender proteins. Beef lovers will appreciate the diverse options here, from the crisp-tender Beef With Broccoli Top Ten to the richly seasoned Beef With Curry Sauce and the intriguingly zesty Ginger Beef. The rice and noodle offerings provide satisfying comfort that pairs beautifully with the main dishes. Whether you choose the fragrant Shrimp Fried Rice, the silky Shanghai Noodle, or the savory Singapore Lo Mein, each dish showcases an elegant harmony of fresh ingredients and expert preparation.
While House of Dragon’s dining space itself is understated and may not boast elaborate décor or bustling energy, the true star is undoubtedly the food. Regular diners like Carlene van der Heiden attest to the consistently enjoyable flavors, especially praising items like the garlicky chili chicken wings and the savory moo shui pork. Others, like Mark B., rave about the crisp, light coating of the General Tso’s chicken and the remarkable garlic eggplant, calling it a step above all others they’ve tried.
The restaurant shines particularly when offering takeout, bringing the rich aromas and vibrant flavors right to your doorstep, perfect for those nights when you want gourmet without fuss. Occasional buffet offerings are also well-loved, featuring a range of hot and cold dishes with fresh vegetables and a variety of proteins, making it a versatile choice for group dining.

I wouldn't eat-in as the restaurant itself doesn't have much of an atmosphere but we have had takeaways a number of times and have enjoyed the food every time. The garlic and chili chicken wings are delicious as is the moo shui pork. The combination platters are good value for money.
This restaurant is so great we went twice! We got a quick lunch one day and split General Tzos and garlic eggplant. It was so delicious and better than any other General Tzos I've ever had, it was freshly fried chicken with a light coating. The eggplant was amazing. We came back two days later and were lucky to get the buffet. It had a lot of options hot and cold, fresh and fried. Fresh vegetables, hot chicken, there was salted cucumber and whole fried fish!
Dropped in for dinner after the thousand island cruise. Pretty empty at the time, though lots of takeaway action going on. They did not have buffet the night we were there (Sunday). Our party of 7 was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. They kindly offered to make dishes which we would like. Very generous with rice and hot water. Can totally understand how some would call the flavour here bland, but for us it was perfect, well balanced and clean. The vegetables were particularly fresh. Would definitely come back.
